• Demand over the next 10 years for project managers is growing faster than demand for
workers in other occupations.
• On an annualized basis, employers will need to fill nearly 2.2 million new project-oriented
roles each year through 2027.

sectors is expected to grow by 33 percent, or nearly 22 million new jobs.

• The median salary among PMP-certified survey respondents was 25% higher than their
non-certified counterparts.
• 70% reported that the total compensation increased over the 12 months
