Randy Shumpert is a Senior Partner and Instructor at BTII Institute/BTII Global. Randy is a highly experienced SAFe® Program Consultant, SAFe® early adopter, and highly sought after speaker with more than 20 years of leadership experience. Randy has led multiple SAFe® transformations. Randy holds an MBA in Information Systems and BA in Mathematics from the Katz School, University of Pittsburg. Randy’s certifications include PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC and RTE. Prior to BTII, Randy was in the Leadership team at Sagitec, Inc where he introduced, launched and led a SAFe® program. Prior to Sagitec, Randy was an Agile Coach to more than 80 professionals and member of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) leading an enterprise Agile transformation at ADP. Leveraging Agile methods, Randy co-founded DRMetrix, where he co-designed and developed the premier marketing business intelligence system, AdSphereTM. This patented direct response software contains innovative commercial recognition technology that detects each time a short-form spot or infomercial airs on the top 120 national cable networks and gathers valuable competitive marketing data for use by advertising agencies and their clients.
